A/C REPAIR
Air Conditioning Service & Repair
We provide dependable and efficient service and repair for your air conditioning system. Not only that, but we also want to educate and inform our customers. You know that an informed decision is good decisions. We want you to feel confident we are qualified to perform the service for which you are hiring us.
When servicing an air conditioning system there are four main components that you need to know about.
Condenser: The condenser is the outside metal unit and where the gas from the compressor is condensed into a liquid. The gas entering the condenser is very hot. The temperature is then lowered, so the gas can convert back to a liquid.
Compressor: The compressor is inside the condenser. It circulates the pressurized refrigerant, to concentrate the heat, and changes the low pressure gas to high pressure.
Evaporator: The evaporator is the part of the system inside the home. In simple language, it absorbs the heat from your home.
Expansion Valve: The expansion valve controls the amount of refrigerant in your system.
All of these pieces are connected by a copper tube that handles refrigerant, creating a closed loop. Heat is collected in the evaporator, sent outside to the condenser. The heat is removed, and the cool air is recirculated back into your home.

"We are very familiar with Razy's Remodeling & Construction. Razy remodeled our first home which was built in 1961. He remodeled the kitchen and dining room first and actually knocked out two walls to do so. The cabinet work was so beautiful and modern that he often brought potential clients to see it. Then we proceeded with the rest of the house. It took several years, but eventually the whole house was remodeled and it was just what we wanted. Razy was very willing to work with our ideas, as well as come up with fresh new ideas for us. Unfortunately, just a few months after it was completed, Hurricane Ike destroyed our old "newly remodeled" house. We did not hesitate to call on Razy to build our new home. We used many of the ideas that had been incorporated into the remodeling of the original home, only five feet higher and much larger. Not only did he do an excellent job, but he did it in record time. We love our home, and everyone in our family and circle of friend does too."
